L25500 42" Firmware

I recently bought this printer, when I tried to print I received code 79.04, went to upgrade firmware, printer screen had hourglass for 2 hours, so as I read in another post I did a soft reset, now all I get is a blank screen, just has an empty box, I tried unplugging and restarting a couple times but no change. Any idea how to fix? I can't access through the webaccess either. Connected to a desktop running win xp.

Hi @mmmktg8289, It looks like you have already performed the actions needed from your side. I suggest you contact your support representative as they might need to analyze the printer logs internally from the printer.
