L25500 Problem

I was printing on some heat tranfer vinly and the carriage hit the vinyl. The carriage then stuck on top of the maintence station. It didn't rip the vinyl and I can't see any under the carriage. Any suggestion on how to get carriage to move? It's locked and I can't get to the screws to remove the service station under it. Thanks in advance.

Looks to me like something could be broken and it's blocking the carriage. I would suggest you to contact your support source in order to check the printer.

I can't find anything broken. The carriage is fine. The printhead cleaning cartridge is not moving far enough forward and the carriage is hitting it. I have tried a cleaning cartridge, still the same problem.
