L360 printing empty spaces

HP Latex 360 Printer

#1 Olek 7 years ago

Hello Everyone

I need some help

So client is trying to print something on canvas.

He puts 4 pictures in program, makes them with bleed so he could fold canvas and make a pictures. And after that he nests all the pictures together and starts the printing.
Printer starts printing, and some of the pictures it prints, others it leaves empty space ( but prints the borders). ( see video attached)

The printer is L360 fully updated. RIP is Flexi sai pro fully updated with last build. Files are JPG

When printing without boarders, or grommets, or bleeding everything is ok, it only happens when adding those options.

maybe you had similar situation and know the solution?

Hello Olek

While the rest of team are examining your videos. Could you please send me your "print to file" and tell me the RIP version you have?

RIP version (help > about > SAi top menu)

So we have all the information to give you the best advise?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hello Sonya,

so seems like it was some sort of bug with Rip,

i tried to print same job from other computer and it went ok,

Reinstalling the Rip on the old computer didnt help, so we just reinstalled the windows and put the fresh rip on it and it seems to be good now...

Thanks for the help though. Hp support is great!
