Latex 115 print and cut solution - Unable to create contour lines in HP Flexi Print and Cut Software

Hi There, We have recently bought a Latex 115 printer and cutter and are having problems being able to create contour lines in the HP Flexi Print software. Has anybody else had this problem? Thanks, Nancy

@nancy.galaxie73 Hi Nancy, Can you please check that you are using the option "make it transparent" before applying the contour cut. I hope this solves the issue.
