latex 570 grey is greenish

For some reason any grey in my file, is coming out green during print. Any ideas that can help?

With the information provided it is rather difficult to understand what is happening.

What I can suggest is making sure at the RIP that the image that you are trying to print is ok color-wise. You can also check that the grey parts actually look grey in the RIP. Maybe there is some profile activated that is changing the color.

On the other hand, here are some things to consider to achieve a good color consistency:

• Use a media that is hp supported.

• Perform the color calibration on the media that is being used.

• Printheads aligned and in good condition.

• Perform check and clean every day before starting to print.
