Latex 570 Print Starting after 2 feet

I am experiencing a typical issue the Print is starting after leaving some media around 2 feet at the front, I have already kept the Extra Top Margin to 0 and Extra bottom Margin to None. Is there any other setting. We are Using Flexi Rip

#1 Hi sidd.panda890, go to printer menu - Substrate library, select the substrate profile you want to use and unrolls media, tap Modify, tap on for example 10passes- Edit, go to Advanced settings and check if Leading Edge Release is turned ON. If so, turn it OFF and save preset. Do it for all modes (passes) and synchronize with Flexi Rip. This option is in some of the Substrate presets, but not for all like HP Air Release Adhesive Gloss Cast Vinyl...
