latex cutter help

I have the design printed and loaded in cutter. The cutter reads both bar codes and all the registration marks. It goes thru the animation of the cut but afterwards when it ends it says OPOS Cannot detect XY correction line. What am i doing Wrong?

Hi @adeptproducts10308, When using the OPOS-XY mode there could be an excessive bowing of the contour being introduced. This is because the horizontal line used to compensate for the bowing effect was not read correctly by the OPOS sensor. This could be due to the following: The sensitivity of the OPOS sensor was not set to match the media used. Click Menu > Calibrations > Calibrate media (OPOS) > Set to check current setting, or run the OPOS sensor sensitivity test: click Menu > Calibrations > Calibrate media (OPOS) > Measure.
