machine already registered

Hi,

I have just recently taken on a refurbished HP L360, by a HP approved reseller.

I was very interested in the wall suite application, unfortunately the machine has already been registered to the previous user. How can I re register the printer under my details?

I will contact you privately and ask for your serial number in order to reset your Wallart customer account.

Hi,

I have gone in to wallart Suit, again its asking me for my rip and machine number.

I have entered my rip (other) but once entering machine it says already registered,which it is, to me.

I can't use any of the facilities until this is done.

Hola Estoy tratando de incorporar mi HP Latex 360 en el HP Application Center y no me deja porque dice que el dispositivo ya está tomado, por su ayuda con esto.

I also have the issue of my refurbished HP Latex 360 Printer being already registered and I need to register to make use of the signage and wallart applications. Please advise.

Can you please provide the serial number of the printer. If you do not wish to write it in the forum, drop me an email at latexknowledgecenter@hp.com with this information, to be able to assist you.

I just emailed the serial number. Hopefully someone at that email will actually respond, I've already emailed that address twice regarding this with no response yet.
