Mobile App: Deleting Printers

Today I have installed the Mobile App again. And I have recognized that there is one printer shown in that app what is not owned by us anymore. Is there a possibility to delete one printer out of the mobile app without access to the printer?

I've spoken to the HP Latex Mobile Team and if you do not have the printer anymore you can't eliminate it from the app. We can eliminate it from here, but in order to do so you could provide us the Serial number of the printer and your HP Latex Mobile App account ID. You can send me all the data by private message or just email me.

I just received the hp 560, had the mobile app monitoring my jobs and now some how it erased my registration. Not sure the next step?
