More than printerhead problem

#1 schoenike14036 a year ago

Just replaced a printerhead and one week later the test pattern shows it bad again with multiple other printerheads bad plus other quality issues. Can anyone help me determine what is causing this test pattern to look this bad?

Are you getting a lot of head crashes? You might be scraping the print heads against your substrate and blocking the nozzles. Do you do regular head cleans? (every day)

Hi @schoenike14036,

Checking the images provided, the issue could be related to an external factor that could be affecting the PHs.

Replace the Maintenance Cartridge ( MEC): if the media is printing with edge holders try to print without them.

If this does not solve the issue please contact your service support for advanced troubleshooting for electric failure electric or ink system issues.
