New at printing, problem with printhead quality

I have a HP latex 370 and is currently having problems with the ink clouding up and not having the correct colors, i have done the different programs on the printer but to no help, am i in need of new print heads and a colour calibration?

This looks like every print head alignment we have done for two years. Let this print finish and then do a color calibration. Then do a print of a file and you will see the image quality. It will not print like that as long as there is no other problem with the inks, print heads, or using an incorrect rip profile. Hope this helps!

Hi @alexsterk1211352, My recommendations are in line with the ones from #2. The IQ in some internal plots is normal. Please print and finish the color calibration. Print an external plot and check if all colors are printing properly. If the plot is not correct, check first if the SAV is in good condition (discard any plasticizers). If after that the printer is not printing well, I suggest contacting your support representative to provide you with a new action plan.
