NO substrates in substrate online library

i have just noticed that all my online substrates have disappeared when i try do a search to add a new media profile from the online profile. The online media library will only show HP substrates and nothing else.

I have run all updates and have tested all internet connections (all came back working fine) as well as unplugging and restarting the machine and still no luck..

any help would be appreciated

Can you please advise the printer model.

#1 If you are running a Latex 3XX you need to manually update the firmware of the printer, not from the printers front panel, but from the HP website. There was a bug in the previous firmware so you only had 20 HP substrates available from the online library.
