Onyx 12.2 and HP 365

I recently installed Onyx 12.2 on a new pc. Running 2 HP 365. Everytime I load new media on either printer Onyx does not update automatically. Even if I press "Manual Update" is dosent work. Usually it works when I completely close Onyx and restart it.
