Hi, why is it that the printer sometimes loses track of it's paper lenght I entered when loading a substrate?

HI DuermeyerPrint, I'll recommend you to upgrade your printer's firmware to the last version available and check if the issue still happens. Here you have all the information: HP Latex 300 Seire's firmware 07_00.11 is available
