Print Cut Issue

I have the Latex 315 Printer and Cutter using SAi Flex Print and cut software, which we recently had an update and now my cutter is not cutting on the printed area (off the the bottom and left by 1/8". If i rerun the cut, it will do it on the exact same lines as before, I have done all Calibrations from cutter and tried all test options. I have spoke to Flexi and they can not figure out what is going on, one thing i did notice was when the update happened I received a message stating something like the HP bonjour something stopped... Could this cause an issue?

Hi @cosubprint81050, Please perform: All the OPOS calibration It is important to use the same alignment for all the jobs you wish to print and cut together on the same substrate to ensure that the sensor can read the HP barcodes of consecutive jobs. Please check the contour lines ( see attached)
