Print Head Anomalies/Misfiring issues

Hello, has anyone seen this and know how to resolve the issue. Our print heads on our HP 365 are less than 2000 ML on each and these data line come and go randomly. see pics attached.

#1 Hi, it looks like is the LC LM PH miss firing, you can try to remove the ph and clean the PH contact point on the Ph and carriage, then reinsert the ph and test print. if problem persist, you may need to replace the PH.

It could be an electrical problem due to missing contacts or parts damaged.

What @kelvin.ng5186 suggests it’s a good point, if not, replace the affected printhead LM/LC.

If it’s not solving it, then a tech must see directly the issue.

#3 we have replaced the LC/LM print head. While it was out we cleaned the contacts. We still have the issue intermittently
