I have Latex 365 printer which was originally missing the blue colour in the prints. After running the printhead test we find issues in cyan black and optimser printheads.We replaced both CK and Opt printheads. But after replacing the new heads the printer starts showing multiple errors and stopped recognizing printheads. sometimes all printheads and sometimes only missing Opt heads. when we reinstall the old printheads to check where is the problem, but even with the old printheads we starts getting the same missing printheads error. We tried to clean all heads and do whatever possible to troubleshoot this new defect but without any success . Any suggestions what we should next?
