PrintOs Unregister Printer

Is there any possibility to unregister a HP Latex on PrintOs. When we try and register it in an organization. We get a pop-up that says 'Your device is already connected to an organization'.

Hi @antwerpen13698, Please provide the printer model and the serial number, to be able to reset the registration. Alternatively, you can drop me an email at lkc@hp.com with this information.

@Bitlife According to the HP Latex Knowledge Center, you need to provide the printer model and the serial number to be able to reset the registration. You can contact HP Daniela Ciolompea at lkc@hp.com with this information and request to unregister your HP Latex on PrintOs. Alternatively, you can follow the steps to register your printer to a different PrintOs account by scanning the QR code generated by your printer
