Printzone fan error Latex 560

When sending a print job....as the printer is preparing to print....I get an error (15.60.10) telling me to restart the printer. The details say that this is a Printzone Ventilation Fan Fault. I restart and get the same result. Printer restarts properly but I get the error after submitting a job to print. Any thoughts?

#1 PZ fans is connected to the printmech pca, that can be connection issue or faulty fans. if your printer is still under warranty, kindly log the case to your service provider.
