R2000 IPS not connecting to the Printer

Does anyone know of a fix? SKAARs are back ordered 2 weeks or more. Is it the SKAAR HD or Motherboard or....?

Hi @drcleveland1963, I don't have enough information to understand the issue. I suggest contacting your support representative and if need be they can get in touch with additional support levels.
