Random Lines in Print

My HP 360 is printing random lines in the print see photos any help would be appreciated.

#1 Hello - Unfortunately the photos are not available. I would assume based on it being random lines it can be:

-Faulty or end of life print head/s. - replace and if within warranty you may be eligible to claim them. -Damage or debris on the printhead requiring a clean or check. -A defective maintenance cartridge causing defects on the head each time it cleans - you can uninstall the maintenance cartridge and check it for any damage or ink build up which causes defects on the printhead.
