New firmware was just installed by an HP tech, and now I'm getting the message on the front panel that the printer needs "Maintenance #3." I can't find this in the user manual or online. Please advise. This printer is quickly becoming less and less user-friendly as it ages. Solved! Go to Solution.

When you say "HP refuses to sign paperwork" do you refer to an specific part of the contract? Are you contacting HP directly or your are doing this through a reseller? In this case which reseller?
