Re: WooCommerce products not showing up

Good afternoon,

For some reason, none of my products are showing on the "Formats and measures" page.

The products exist and the issues I had on the communication between wallart and the shop have been solved, all my data check seems to be OK but none of the products (canvas/poster/decal...) are showing up

Hi Eyeprint,

Unfortunately the installation procedure that we have been set for HP WallArt Plugin right now requires an installation in the root. All the installations that have been done until now are in this way. When you install it, you install it as a plugin but in the root, so wordpress knows that.

domain.com/ is the root; anything else that you put after this will be inside the root however if you put inside anything else like domain.com/folder/ will not work.

I'm having the same issue but I don't think mine is within a subfolder. It's just at wallcoverage.com/design.

Hi WallCoverage,

I've spoken with my colleagues from the HP WallArt Suite team and they told me that your issue has been solved since they upgraded your HP WallArt plugin to version 5.1.0. Your WordPress Plugin should be working as expected right now.

Eyeperint, if you still having any issue with your HP WallArt integration my best recommendation would be to contact directly with HP WallArt support Team through the following email address: hpwallart.support@hp.com. They will be glad to help you and guide you with the steps to follow in order to complete your website integration.

Hi MarcM i am having the same issue, everything is up to date i cannot see any products on my intial page or when wallart loads. if i load wallart from the hp site it has all my media listed, but there is none if i run it from the website. I have added products to the wall art pluggin through woocommerce and added them to the catogorys the defaults are in. any help would be appriciated.

Hi Design-Shop,

We have already knowledge of the current issue of the WP Plugin and the Team are working on it. It will be fixed in the next release of the HP WallArt WP Plugin. However, it seems that you have already contacted with our support team. My best suggestion would be to keep in contact with them. I am sure they will be glad to help you and resolve your issue.

I've got all Green checks under my configuration but no products on landing page of design.

Any IDeas when this will be fixed in the plugin ?

Hello NeilB

Without performing a deeper investigation please ensure in your WordPress installation that in the products section appears all products and categories related with HP WallArt (wallcovering, canvas, decal and poster). If not please deactivate the HP WallArt plugin and activate it again.

If by doing this the problem persist or if products and categories appeared at first my best recommendation would be to contact directly our HP WallArt support team through the following email address: hpapplicationscenter.support@hp.com. They will be glad to help you and guide you with the steps to follow in order to complete your website integration.

Thanks for the reply, i see that Wallart now has the Signage suite, i have created substrates, updated the wordpress app and activated the signage suite products, but they are not showing up in the designer page with the origonal four options, i though maybee the app created another page but i could not see one. in the wallart data the arrows are green, anythoughts on where i can go to get the new suite to work.

Without performing a deeper investigation please ensure in your WordPress installation that in the products section appears all products and categories related with Signage Suite (Banner, L-Banner, Roller and X-Banner). If not please deactivate the HP WallArt plugin and activate it again.
