Receiving Error 79:04 on Latex 335

Hi there, I am having an using trying to profile a media where it gets to 50% of the color swatch, stops and gives error 79:04. I have a Latex 335 and use Onyx. The media, that this is happening too is Ultraflex Wallscapes Suede. Any, and all, help would be appreciated.

Switch off the printer, unpluging the power cable from it, and switch on again. If this generic Firmware Error does not disappears then, please contact Hp Support.
