Registering HP Latex 570 to PrintOS Issue

Hi, We just got a used HP Latex 570, but we are unable to register it with PrintOS. Each time we get an error "Something went wrong adding the device" Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Totally normal, the Latex 335 doesn’t have a standalone driver. You install it through the RIP software (like HP FlexiPrint), which includes the driver. That’s why you only see firmware on HP’s site.
