Shadowing/Haloes/Smudged Text

Recently we have been having issues with a halo or shadow around our prints on the HP Latex 800W, this issue is even more noticeable on fine text i.e a job ticket on the end of a print run. Has anybody else come across this problem? I have changed print heads, aligned the print heads and completed numerous colour calibrations with no success. Would be great to hear if anyone else has had the same issue or has any idea what I can do to fix this. Thanks Jack

The issue you are facing seems to be related to a wrong advance/

Be sure to perform the following checks:

• Ensure that you are using a certified OMS downloaded from the Media Locator;

• Clear the rubbers of the Right HUB (where the cores are inserted);

• Print with the TUR attached.

If the problem persists, you will probably need to recalibrate the Media advance motors. If you are still facing issues, I suggest contacting your support representative.
