Since upgrading too firmware NEXUS_06_01_00.12 (Latex 335 Printer) we are having a few problems

the printer goes into sleep mode and wakes up abruptly. Gets stuck on resuming and needs to be restarted. Any thoughts before we downgrade? Thanks Ronen

Hello @ ronen_IL There's no issue related to installing this firmware version. Feel free to downgrade and install the previous version. Please let us know if you succeed with the upgrade.

#1 Hey is funny it happen the same thing to me. Hp are damaging our printers. instead updating. now they want me to pay them $1500 to fix it. it is not fair.
