Single Dark Vertical Line on 370 Prints

Hello, I am getting a single dark line through all my prints on our 370 Latex. (see picture). I have used different rolls of material, done a printhead clean and alignment, cleaned the rod and the sensor code, did a printhead test plot and changed out a head that had missing lines and I continue to get this single line. Unlike 'vertical banding" it is just a single line down the middle. Any ideas what would cause this or how to fix it?

ONCE WE HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE AND WAS A TEMPERATURE ISSUE, CHECK WITH A OTHER MEDIA PROFILE (SORRY MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD SHAPE)

Hi @danielle7975, The issue seems to be related to a bad preset configuration. It depends if you are using a generic one or if you are using a custom one. I would recommend changing the settings and comparing it to the generic one. In case you are using a generic preset, it can be that some parts of the printer could be dirty. I hope this helps.
