Сolor is different at the beginning and end of a print job

#1 a.erentraut10031 2 years ago

Dear all, We print wallpapers using HP Latex 570 printers. We print in a single line one meter wide and seven meters long. The color is different at the beginning and end of a print job, and when the same job is reprinted on the same day. We changed the heads to new ones, calibrated them. But the color is not stable. How to achieve color stability when printing such wallpapers.

Hi @rentraut10031,

To have a good color consistency it is necessary to run the color calibration for the specific substrate that you are printing on.

You need to make sure that the substrate is calibrated and also the printheads need to be correctly aligned and in good condition.

I suggest you run a check and clean every day before printing.
