Some materials move to right during printing - Latex 800W

After 5 meters the media begins to move to the right abruptly, making it impossible to print an entire roll with a final 125m. We have already adjusted the front and rear pressure and the outgoing traction, but with almost no positive results. Could it be something related to the weight of the coil?

It is difficult to check this issue if we do not have more details to discard the issues related to this media or any issue related to the printer.

The weight is important so please check the roll weight against the attached datasheet document.
