hello, ist it possible to use the tension bar in different positions with different tensions? If not: is an extra tension / weight kit available? brg hub2000

Hello Hub2000, In this case we can recommend updating to the latest FW (00_03_00.5) as it includes a new feature “Tension bar working force” as per the newsletter; “With previous firmware, the force applied by the Tension bar could be modified by changing the Take-Up reel winding direction. This is helpful when looking for critical length consistency. Using the Take-up reel with the printed side outward will provide more front tension Using the Take-up reel with the printed side inward will provide less front tension In case even higher or lower tensions are required, with this firmware it can be done via the printer’s Front panel: Settings > Substrate > Substrate handling options” Regards,
