I really like the quality of the final product with this paper but I am struggling to reach a balance of temp / vacuum etc. to give constant results. The media tends to form a ridge at about the center of the roll width which the print carriage then scuffs across back and forth. Increasing vacuum doesn't seem to have much impact and temp reduction results in wet ink. My scrap rate is way too high. Can anyone assist?
