Hi @ray9884, With the information provided, I can suggest the following. If the problem is only the height, it might be related to a media advance issue. In order to solve that, I would recommend executing the calibrations related to the media advance: Substrate advance calibration. Substrate advance sensor calibration. If you execute the substrate advance calibration, maybe it's because it can be done on generic substrates so you will have to clone the generic preset and then calibrate the cloned one. Keep printing with the media attached to the take-up reel. Depending on the printer model you will find it in different menus. If the problem persists after these recommendations, I suggest contacting your support representative.

I have been running latex printers for 10 years and this is the first year I have experienced issues with wallpaper, self and non adhesive.The issue is that the panels print at different lengths .I have used the take up reel with the counter weights and the problem persists.i have used two different RIP software,onyx and SAI and both have the issue .I did configure a custom profile and that had 120% saturation and 60% vacuum,95 % curing and I notice an interpass of 1000,which I later turned down .Could the problem be the Interpass? This was a profile I made for vinyl wall covering which is self adhesive and very thick with a slight texture .It did print beautifully but the panels sizes vary in height but not width .Any help would be great as I need to reprint the job in the morning and still flight it .Thanks
