WallArt Not Accepting Serial Number

This is a bit frustrating ... I have been looking forward to trying out the WallArt system, but every time I enter my serial number, it says it's not valid. New machine, only 4 weeks old, HP365. Could someone from HP please point me in a direction to get this working. Thanks.

#1 Well, after a week and no reply, it's really nice to see that HP monitor these forums to help their users (NOT!).
