Where is this "HP Latex operator certification"?

Sorry if this is an entirely newbie question, but I was reading the HP Latex Knowledge Center and there was a post: https://hp-gsb.docebosaas.com/learn/course/141/hp-latex-115-print-and-cut-solution-trainingen?hash=c68a26d75735069de82935f5a50f8e2149d6ecbd&generated_by=119418 Where it mentions that if you complete the training, you'd receive a "HP Latex Operator Certification". I've completed the course, but it just says "Course completed on (date)" with a little trophy at the top. Is this the certification? Feels a bit anticlimactic haha

I remind you by accessing Learn App in PrintOS you have access to a complete personalized learning experience, the training of the new print and cut plus solution and some other training are also waiting for you there. Have you given it a try?

#2 Not sure where I can download the certificate you're speaking of I'm also not too sure I have PrintOS account either. There are dropdowns saying if I would like a PrintOS account, I could ask my account manager for one, but who's my account manager?

#4 Hm nope. It says I've completed all the lessons and course is completed, but the green button says "Start Learning Now", which takes me to Chapter 1

#5 I think it is something related to the caché, try to clean it. Also, you can download the certificate from “My activities” > "courses" on the left menu. The last icon on this course line will download it. If you still have problems, send us an email to latexknowledgecenter@hp.com to follow up with you.
