Where to download HP Flexi PRINT and CUT RIP v21 ?

There was New Firmware for HP Latex 54 Basic, 54 and 64 Cutting Solutions on 25th of February 2021. There is written that you need HP Flexi PRINT and CUT RIP v21 to use some of the features that are listed in new HP Latex Print and Cut Plus Solutions Cookbook from 4th of March 2021. So my question is where can I download this new version of HP Flexi PRINT and CUT RIP? Thx, Matic
