Wrong colors

#1 snakeyone12580 a year ago

4 days ago, I had a problem on HP Latex 375: the yellow color arbitrarily greatly decreased in print. I printed a whole roll, and at first there was a normal beige color, as seen in the thumbnail, and then it started to turn pink (photo 1)

I changed the YM heads, and put a layout 17 meters long in print. The print began to turn yellow strongly, and by the end of the layout it again slipped into pink. (Photo 2)

Then they redid a bunch of everything: they replaced the yellow cartridges and the large and intermediate ones. We also installed other YM heads from another batch, performed color calibration, reset it, creating an ICC profile, printing tests on different materials and profiles. The yellow was dim, as can be seen in photos 3 and 4.

We tried to print yellow paint, printing just a yellow background, after 2 meters it became very saturated, and remains so to this day. All layouts are printed as if they are sick with jaundice. We tried to turn off the color profile - prints dirty gray (In photo 5 A is a normal color, B is jaundiced with a color profile, C is without a color profile)

The latest firmware version is installed. The yellow pressure sensor was changed a month ago, and the ink supply system was pumped. All spare parts and consumables are original.

The service centers don't know what to do. How do I print normal normal colors? I'm already giving up, I've been struggling with the problem for four days.
