54 Inch Cutter Issues

We have a Hp latex 315 printer and the 54" cutter ive had zero problems until today, Im trying to cut a job that I recently printed and my cutter is giving me a error code "00560406230" I cant find any information as to why its saying this online I have also restarted the machine then set my tool below the barcode once i hit cut it scans the first half of the barcode on the print job then is displaying the message above. Any one have any insight as to why this would be happening?

Hi @kalibvont, We don't have any information regarding this error code 00560406230, it looks like the Barcode number, maybe you have to send the orders from the RIP to cut the job. Attached is an example of the Barcode ID (image 1). Most probably you need to send the orders from the RIP to start cutting (image 2).
