79.2:04 errot for latex 335 printers

Hello where i get an older firmware for my latex 335 ? current firmware still show 79.2:04 error.

Hi @fullprintpoint12170, Please try the following: Turn the power off at the rear of the printer and disconnect both power cords. Reconnect the power cords and turn on the printer. Check that the printer has the latest firmware version. If not, update the firmware to the latest version. If the problem persists, contact your support representative. I hope this helps.
