Error Code 98:03

Hi all, my prints started to have a blue hue over them and when I checked the printer I got this message. I ran test plots and everything seems ok, what can possibly be the issue???

When running the test, the printed lines look adequate but may lack density, especially in magenta/yellow. Deep cleaning or manual cleaning may be required.
