Hello, has anyone had problems with tracking long cut jobs in a 64 cutter? Every time I try to cut anything with a long strip over 4" the cutter skews the material and all the cuts are off or it comes off the rollers and jams in the cutter. I tried to cut a wrap job that has a series of 10" x 7' strips for a van and as it cuts, the material will skew and all the cuts will be off. I have added tons of bleed, reduced the length of the cuts requiring me to tile it on the van, and reduced the speed to as low as 10ips. I am using IJ175 with gloss lam 8515. All my test cuts come out ok, but as soon a these long jobs go in, they come out messed up. I have had several tech support calls and 4 open cases for this skewing issue and miss alignment issues of small circles and ovals all of them with no resolution. HP seems to promise a call back or visit from a tech but they never call back. They just close my cases then I have to call a few days later for a new case. Has anyone had trouble with the 64 latex cutter?
