Good day, I was checking on the current driver and firmware available for our 3x00 series printer and there is no download available anymore. Is it normal ? Did you pull ALTAMIRA15?

Hello tomlaf, I am facing a similar problem. Despite following the recommended steps, I received a message that "Windows cannot install the HP Officejet Pro 8610 print driver in kernel mode. To get a driver compatible with the version of Windows you are using, contact the manufacturer.' But downloading these drivers is no longer available on the site. This is frustrating because it used to be ready for the computer to connect to the printer before the hard drive failed twice.
