HP Latex 335 LC / LM strike

I have a weird problem on my 335 I have LC and LM strike randomly on my substrate changed the printhead, profile , ... changed nothing. Cleaned the encoder strip without success anybody can help me on this ? thanks

#1 Hi, So can you please let me know how it was resolved then?? I am facing the same issue right now, even worst of it. Attached images.
