HP latex 335 printer

Hi, i am using a generic backlit film, anyone using HP Latex 335, has solution for ink breaking for Backlit film. It’s a (water-based ink film) it's a brand-new printer, and i used a generic backlit film profile using Onyx rip. Thanks Ahmed

First of all. I would like to suggest finding this media Brand on the media locator. Then download and install it on the printer using this OMS.

Other possible causes of the cracking:

• Drying temperature high

• Optimizer High

• Try to reduce the ink density

• Try to apply interswath delay

The cracking issue depends also on the brand media, so if after these suggestions the cracking is still facing please contact your support representative to provide a new Brand of Backlit film.
