Plot Test - Very Good - but plot test on OPTIMIZER has a Magenta Cast

Hi Hope you can help please I have multiple 300 series latex printers We are aware of the magenta leaning on these devices However We have one machine that has an excellent plot test, no broken lines But the OPTIMIZER plot looks like it has magenta in it Put other machine plot tests the OPTIMIZER plot looks almost black or a very dark blue But on Printer #2 the 2 thick vertical pillars in the OPTIMIZER plot , look magenta / pink ? Any help appreciated Thanks a lot Jack

Here are my suggestions:

• clean the ph manually with distilled water;

• install the Optimizer PH again;

• replace the Mec, in case it is not cleaning properly the PHs or if there is color contamination;

• print the nozzle check and print a plot; check the result. If the plot is appearing in magenta color, I suggest contacting your support representative for further investigation and troubleshooting.
