Problem with PrintOS

I am attempting to connect my HP Print Cut solution to HP PrintOS. When trying to add it, I get a series of errors. I have included a screenshot. After I click "DONE" it doesn't add the printer. I have tried to add it both through the web interface as well as on mobile.
