Troubleshooting the Calibration Issue: Seeking Solutions

#1 clicksoftuser114239 10 months ago

Hello everyone,

I'm currently facing a calibration issue with my device and I'm seeking some guidance to resolve it. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to calibrate the screen properly, resulting in inaccurate touch responses. It's frustrating, and I'm hoping to find some solutions.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem and successfully resolved it? If so, I would greatly appreciate any tips or tricks you could share. I've tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting the device and checking for software updates, but the problem persists.

Please provide any relevant advice or recommendations that could help me troubleshoot and fix this calibration issue. Your assistance would be highly valuable!

Hello, I think you should ensure that the screen is clean and free from any dirt, debris, or fingerprints that might interfere with the calibration process first. Use uno online, a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the screen surface. Netx, check if the device has a built-in calibration tool or settings option that allows you to recalibrate the touch screen. Look for "Touchscreen Calibration" or a similar option in the device's settings menu. Follow the instructions provided to recalibrate the screen.
