Hp 64 cutter

The cutter cant read the bar code .... - error 00891229200

This is not an error. It is the Barcode Number that the Flexiprint print & cut is applying in each plot printed. When using the HP barcodes, It will retrieve the cutting info from the RIP as long as you keep it in the job queue. It looks like it might be a mismatch between the barcode from the plot printed and the Barcode that the cutter is reading. It can't find this barcode number for whatever reason. To solve the issue, I suggest to do the following:

• check if the plot barcode from the rip and the Barcode from the cutter is the same.
• check if the Barcode server from Hp production Manager Hp Edition is on. I hope this helps.
