(36) An error occurred while verifying the printer's time/date - Can't get passed this! Help!

When I run Diagnostic & Troubleshooting and select "All tests", everything passes except "Printer time/date settings" and the ones that follow. I can log into substrate library, the internet. Not sure if my version of firmware has anything to do with it. I have an old version and cannot update due to it saying "corrupt firmware package".

#1 You should check the date is set correctly and contact your support service to upgrade the Firmware. The connectivity issue will be solved with the upgrade.
