6 Inks Mode vs 4 Inks Mode

I everyone

what happens if i need to print images that will be observed on a distance over a meter? will i need to use 6 inks mode? or can i uses 4 ink mode.

Another question, if i decide to use 4 ink mode for a long time, maybe weeks or months. Will have the machine some problem?

Hello @ejborkez

For the first question, you can use the mode you want, it's not a problem, it depends on the result you want to get. When you activate the "efficiency mode" (CMYK), what happens is that it reduces the gamut of color and may appear more grain, which I think is not very important at long distances, but visible in the short ones.

Regarding to your second question, you shouldn’t have a problem if you use your printer on "efficiency mode" on a continuous basis. If for some reason you realize that LC / LM PrintHead does not shoot, doing one or two cleanings (Clean printheads> Clean LM-LC) would be enough.
